Quickstart
Install the Client App on macOS or Linux and start your first Agent.
The Client App runs Pagis on your own computer or connects to a Pagis server. It runs on macOS arm64, and on Linux amd64 and arm64.
Install the Client App
Download the Client App
Download the package for your computer from GitHub Releases.
Download Pagis-<release>-arm64.dmg, for macOS on Apple silicon.
Choose how to install
Open the Client App and choose one of the two setups:
- Install on this computer installs a Server Runtime on this computer. Choose Just me for one person or Several people for more than one.
- Connect to a Pagis server connects to a server that somebody else runs, and opens the sign-in page of that server.
Complete the onboarding
On this computer, the onboarding asks for one model provider key and, optionally, a Docker endpoint for the Computers of the Agents.
Without Docker, the Agents chat and use your Connections, but they cannot browse or run commands.
Connect to a server
Connect only to a server you trust
When you connect to a server, this computer becomes a Host of that server. The server and its Administrator can then run commands on this computer, with the same access as you.
